For the sixth consecutive year, ORGANIX adult canine dry food has been named to Whole Dog Journal's "top foods" list. To gain Whole Dog Journal approval, foods must pass a rigorous review that assesses the amount and quality of meat protein, and commends the use of organic ingredients, whole grains and vegetables instead of processed ingredients or fragments. Foods are rejected if they include meat or poultry by-products, unidentified fats or protein, or added sweeteners, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

The certified organic free-range chicken used in Organix is the same organic chicken found at the meat counter of your favorite natural foods store. The chickens are free range, "happy" chickens.

Organic certification is required at all levels of the manufacturing process including a complete review of every ingredient in Organix - an expensive and exhaustive process to produce the best possible organic diet for dogs and cats. (Such a third-party review and approval process is not required for "natural", human grade or "holistic" diets.) All organic ingredient suppliers must be certified organic as do the processors of our ingredients, and the manufacturer of our formulas.
