Payment and Delivery Information

Natural Pet Store delivers Australia wide using Australia Post and various courier services depending on your location.

Most deliveries to Metro areas are done via courier and can NOT be delivered to PO Boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address or work address where someone will be available during business hours to take delivery of your goods. Alternatively, you can leave instructions for the courier to leave your goods in a safe location at your premises, preferably close to the front door and hidden from street view. Please leave clear instructions in the additional comments field of our shopping cart.

FREE SYDNEY REGION DELIVERY!

Natural Pet Store offers FREE delivery to the Sydney region for all orders greater than $100 in value. For orders less than $100, a flat delivery charge of $5 applies.

Our Sydney region includes Sydney metropolitan area, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Illawarra region. Postcodes that fall within the Sydney region are: 1000-2263; 2500-2530; 2555-2574; 2740-2786. Check to see if your postcode falls within our free delivery range!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $5 TO MELBOURNE METRO, BRISBANE METRO, ACT AND NSW REGIONAL

Natural Pet Store offers FLAT rate shipping of $5 for all orders up to 22kg with an aditional $5 for each subsequent 22kg to the Metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Brisbane and all remaining areas of NSW and the ACT not part of the Sydney region above

REST OF AUSTRALIA DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders under 500g in weight, a flat delivery charge of $5.50 applies to the rest of Australia. For orders weighing more than 500g, delivery charges are charged at Australia Post rates and are calculated based on the weight of goods ordered and your delivery destination. You will be able to view the charges automatically prior to check out.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary between locations, however you can usually expect delivery to be within 5 business days for metropolitan areas, with remote areas taking up to 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. If there are any delays in receiving your order after you have received a dispatch email from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee any estimated delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over the delivery and we do not accept responsibility for any delayed or late deliveries.

Out of Stock Items or Delays in Delivery

Most items are always in stock and are shipped within two business days from the date of payment. If an item is out of stock, or there is a delay in delivery, we will advise you via email within two business days as to when you can expect your delivery. If applicable, we may ship the other items on your order immediately and ship the out of stock items when they become available. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

Credit Card

Purchasing online with your credit card is the safest and most convenient way of shopping with us. For your security, Natural Pet Store uses a secure payment gateway with industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

Paypal

Natural Pet Store now offers Paypal to provide another safe and convenient way of shopping with us. Paypal allows you to setup an account tied to your Bank Account to allow for those wanting to pay from their debit accounts. Please be aware that there is a 30c + 2.4% of total sale fee charged at the time of purchase, itemised as a handling fee. This is to cover for the transactional cost associated with providing Paypal.

Direct Deposit and Cheque Payment

Natural Pet Store no longer offers these payment methods due to the high administrative overheads and long turn around times associated with these payment methods. For those wishing to pay from their bank account please make use of the Paypal payment facility.
