Australia Post can deliver to any address in Australia including business, residential and PO boxes. If no one is available to accept delivery when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you where and when parcels are available for collection. FREE SYDNEY REGION DELIVERY!Natural Pet Store offers FREE delivery to the Sydney region for all orders greater than $80 in value. For orders less than $80, a flat delivery charge of $5 + GST applies. Our Sydney region includes Sydney metropolitan area, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Illawarra region. Postcodes that fall within the Sydney region are: 1000-2263; 2500-2530; 2555-2574; 2740-2786. Check to see if your postcode falls within our free delivery range! Free shipping only applies to orders placed via our website. REST OF AUSTRALIA DELIVERY CHARGES For orders under 500g in weight, a flat delivery charge of $5 + GST applies Australia wide. For orders weighing more than 500g, delivery charges are charged at Australia Post rates and are calculated based on the weight of goods ordered and your delivery destination. You will be able to view the charges automatically prior to check out. Delivery TimesDelivery times vary between locations, however you can usually expect delivery to be within 5 business days for metropolitan areas, with remote areas taking up to 10 business days. Out of Stock Items or Delays in DeliveryMost items are always in stock and are shipped within two business days from the date of payment. If an item is out of stock, or there is a delay in delivery, we will advise you via email within two business days as to when you can expect your delivery. If applicable, we may ship the other items on your order immediately and ship the out of stock items when they become available. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
