Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card – Visa and Mastercard
• Direct Bank Deposit or Cheque

Credit Card

Purchasing online with your credit card is the safest and most convenient way of shopping with us. For your security, Natural Pet Store uses a secure payment gateway with industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

Direct Bank Deposit

If you prefer this option, our account details will be provided via email once you have placed your order. Please note that we are unable to send your order until your payment appears in our account. If paying by this option, Natural Pet Store must receive your payment within 7 days from the date of order or your order will be cancelled.

Delivery

Natural Pet Store delivers Australia wide using Australia Post.

Australia Post delivers between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Australia Post can deliver to any address in Australia including business, residential and PO boxes. If no one is available to accept delivery when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you where and when parcels are available for collection.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary between locations, however you can usually expect delivery to be within 5 business days for metropolitan areas, with remote areas taking up to 10 business days.

Saturday morning deliveries are available for your convenience within the following postcodes: 2224-2234. If your postcode falls within this range and you would prefer a Saturday morning delivery, please specify this in the additional information area at the checkout.

Out of Stock Items or Delays in Delivery

Most items are always in stock and are shipped within two business days from the date of order. If an item is out of stock, or there is a delay in delivery, we will advise you via email within two business days as to when you can expect your delivery. If applicable, we may ship the other items on your order immediately and ship the out of stock items when they become available. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of goods ordered and your delivery destination.

For all orders greater than 20kg in weight, please email us at service@naturalpetstore.com.au so that we can arrange the most cost effective postage rates.

Sydney Area:

Natural Pet Store offers FREE delivery to the Sydney area for all orders greater than $70 in value. For orders less than $70, a flat delivery charge of $6.50 applies.
