Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any non food purchase you make from Natural Pet Store, please email service@naturalpetstore.com.au in the first instance within 7 days and we will offer a store credit or a full refund of the purchase price (up to our discretion). Sorry, we can not refund delivery charges on the delivery and return of goods.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on open food purchases. We suggest you buy a small bag of food for your pet first to see if they like it. Always introduce a new food to your pet gradually over a week or so to minimise the risk of stomach upsets.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Whilst every care is taken with the packaging of our products, if, in the unfortunate event that your goods are damaged in transit, you should immediately contact Australia Post to seek compensation. Australia Post provides compensation for goods damaged in transit as per their terms and conditions found here: http://auspost.com.au/pdfs/General.pdf. Section G6.4.2 states that the person who received delivery must produce the goods to Australia Post, including all original wrapping and packaging.

Privacy Policy

Natural Pet Store is committed to protecting your privacy. If you wish to make a purchase from Natural Pet Store we need to collect personal information from you such as your name, address, email, telephone number and credit card details.

We only use your personal information to enable us to process your order and to provide a better service to you.

We promise never to disclose or sell your personal information to any third party, unless you have authorised us to do so or unless required by law.

If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletters, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending an email to service@naturalpetstore.com.au.

Natural Pet Store takes all reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and accurate. We use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption software when processing your orders to keep your sensitive information secure.

Artemis Loyalty Policy

Natural Pet Store is proud to announce the Artemis loyalty / frequent buyer program and would like to invite you to join. If you wish to participate in this program the following conditions apply:

• Customers will be entitled to 1 free bag after they have purchased 10 bags, the free bag will be equivalent to the smallest and / or lesser value bag purchased.
• All 10 purchases must be made with Natural Pet Store utilising the Customer Login feature. Itemised receipts for each purchase listing the date, formula and size purchased MUST be attached to the card.
• Completed cards must be returned to Natural Pet Store and validated against your client account before we will send the free stock.
• Upon validation, Natural Pet Store will request postage & handling costs prior to shipping the free stock.
• All 10 purchases must be made within a 24 month period.
• No cash equivalent will be offered.

Natural Pet Store is proud to announce the Canidae and Felidae loyalty / frequent buyer program and would like to invite you to join. If you wish to participate in this program the following conditions apply:

• Customers will be entitled to 1 free bag after they have purchased 8 bags, the free bag will be equivalent to the smallest and / or lesser value bag purchased.
• All 8 purchases must be made with Natural Pet Store utilising the Customer Login feature. Itemised receipts for each purchase listing the date, formula and size purchased MUST be attached to the card.
• Completed cards must be returned to Natural Pet Store and validated against your client account before we will send the free stock.
