All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any non food purchase you make from Natural Pet Store, please email service@naturalpetstore.com.au in the first instance within 10 days and we will offer a full refund of the purchase price. Sorry, we can not refund delivery charges on the delivery and return of goods, unless the return is due to our error.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on food purchases. We suggest you buy a small bag of food for your pet first to see if they like it. Always introduce a new food to your pet gradually over a week or so to minimise the risk of stomach upsets.

We only use your personal information to enable us to process your order and to provide a better service to you.
